Dear Susan,

Over the past few months, we've really enjoyed having you prepare our meals. You have been very accommodating to our particular likes (and dislikes) as well as our vegetarian and vegan needs. Whenever we've come up with a menu item that was not on your list of meals, you've risen to the challenge.

More importantly, your meals are masterpieces! It's always a treat pulling that casserole dish out of the freezer in the morning knowing that later in the day we'll be feasting on healthy home-cooked meals. And so delicious!

We've also enjoyed your friendly ways and pleasant personality. On cooking days, you are so cheerful. While we do our best to stay out of your way, it's been a treat engaging in a little chat now and then.

When we move away next month, we'll certainly miss you, your service and your fantastic meals. If you ever need any references, please feel free to include us. We can never say enough wonderful things about My Our Chef Susan!
